The expansive master suite is a serene and private retreat located on the lower level. Accessed by an internal spiral staircase from the upper level, there is also direct access on the same level as the carpark, which is used for the transfer of luggage to the master suite. The master suite includes a King bed, a Smart TV, and a luxurious ensuite with a walk-in shower.

On the upper level, the second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined to create a king-sized bed. The study doubles as the third bedroom, offering a single bed with a pull-out trundle underneath.

Adjacent to these rooms is the main bathroom, which includes an over-bath shower, toilet, and vanity. Laundry facilities, including a Miele washer and dryer, are located next to the bathroom.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern Miele appliances and includes a breakfast bar and a booth-style dining table that seats six. The spacious lounge area, featuring a Smart TV, is framed by glass doors on both sides, which can be fully opened to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.

The large outdoor shaded terrace features outdoor dining for 6, sun lounges and plunge pool. Enjoy wonderful views from here over Laguna Bay and Little Cove beach below.

Please note that there are no lifts in the resort. However, Apartment 5 has carpark level access to the master suite and access to the main entrance is only one flight of steps. Further, there’s easy and quick (just across Park Road) access to the charming Little Cove Beach in Noosa, a peaceful and sheltered spot that offers a safe and inviting environment to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand. The gentle waves and the picturesque surroundings make it an ideal location for a relaxing day by the water, and it’s a great option for those seeking a quieter beach experience in the heart of Noosa.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Please note that the sauna is not available for guest use.
